I can't beleive I'm actually going to say this, but I'm really starting to enjoy working out. I've been doing Bob's Boot Camp video, and whenever I get to the cool down, I feel such a sense of accomplishment.

  3. I love working out when it's activities i like. I HATE RUNNING but I like games, strengh training and dancing. I probably should stick to activities I like instead of forcing myself (and thus failing) on doing stuff I hate.
