I need help!!!!
Although we have had four weigh ins, and I have lost an average of a pound a week, I am feeling really frustrated and lost. I'm not sure what meal plan to follow and I had a terrible week with exercising. I'm looking for some guidance. I've noticed that alot of my fellow competitors have recently joined weight watchers, is it worth it? How does the at home program fair compared to the meetings? I have been trying to follow weight watchers on my own, but I'm having trouble staying on track. I've also noticed that alot of you count calories. I need a kick in the butt. My goals for this week, are to focus on counting points and writing everything down. I'm so tired of failing, I just want to do it. Thanks again to all of you that continue to provide inspiration.
